Mary Meyer

Mary is a litigator with a decade of experience representing individuals and businesses in both state and federal courts. She handles cases in a variety of practice areas such as intellectual property (trademarks, copyright, and trade secrets), real estate, landlord-tenant, construction, trade secrets and unfair competition, employment discrimination and non-compete, business “divorce” and partnership dissolution, entertainment law, and personal injury. Her trial experience includes commercial arbitration proceedings in addition to multiple jury trials. Mary was recognized as a “Rising Star” in civil litigation by Georgia Super Lawyers in 2017 and 2018.
She attended Georgia State University College of Law on a full scholarship from the Atlanta Law School Fellows Foundation. She served as an associate editor for the Law Review and graduated cum laude in 2008.
Mary is licensed in the State of Georgia. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Georgia and the Southern District of Texas, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
